Some new opening hours for Mahrs

I guess I don't see what difference that makes. Daisy chooses to have the place closed rather than not be there herself, and doesn't want to work 6 days a week. Stephan appears to choose to have the place closed rather than open when the brilliant new Chefkoch ain't there. Apparently they can afford Ruhetage in Bamberg.
