Nick: Erlangen -> Bamberg canal bicycle path ?

Yes, there are paths along both sides for MUCH of the way, but it gets more complicated closer to Bamberg, around Strullendorf. But there are signs. I have openstreetmap's map on my GPS, don't know of any problems with it.
