Nanni Bräu - a (new) brewery?

Hi guys, I've been there at the end of August, i've seen the same wood sign. It's a private house, there was none in place, no brewery equipment in the courtyard or in the garage...I'll come back there at the end of October, i hope to get more infos about them.
