Andy Gänstaller brews beers for the international market (Scandinavia, Netherlands, Italy). These customers demand such beers. So he is a special case, anything but typical for Franconia. You can compare him insofar with Mikkeller and Freigeist (Sebastian Sauer) who focus on the american market.
