You're not cycling? www.vgn.de suggests you can use bus 963 to Scheßlitz and then Rufbus 964 from there, taking an hour. A Rufbus means you have to call up and reserve a bus trip an hour or more in advance. Like Belbus in Poperinge, I guess.
