Oh wow!  I'd like to come but don't think I'd be allowed!  Maybe skip Hoefen (unless brewery now working), Freudeneck only so-so.  Alternatives: What about Schleicher in Kaltenbrunn - great Pils and Dunkles. Also Hellmuth in Wiesen, another great Dunkles?
