Looking for Suggestions in Bambergland |

| Hi Jim, yes, you've been to Höfen with Norbert Krines and me after two hours of education in Heilgersdorf local politics. ;-) Now, without any information about any Schlachtschüssel event I'd like to draw attention on a handful of permanently overlooked breweries around Bamberg which are brilliant: -Stern-Bräu Schlüsselfeld PLUS Stern-Bräu-Keller -Brauerei Hertlein, Staffelbach -Brauerei Hermann, Ampferbach PLUS Hermanns-Keller -Brauerei Büttner, Untergreuth -Brauerei Hübner, Steinfeld -Brauerei Schrüfer, Priesendorf -Brauerei Schwan, Burgebrach PLUS Schwanen-Keller -Brauerei Schroll, Reckendorf -Brauerei Bayer, Theinheim -Brauerei Roppelt, Trossenfurt PLUS Roppelt-Keller Have no clue why those great breweries are somewhat overshadowed by sometimes less good "favourites" but think it's because they're a wee bit further away from Bamberg. Still they're within reach and superb. Isn't it boring to read comments on the same five or six breweries over and over again? Anyway - I put them on your radar, Jim, because they're great. Their kellers as well. |
