Roppelt's Keller Schlachtschüssel July 28?

How does the Schlachtschüssel in Roppelt (or Franken) look like? Do they have real live pigs there, shooting them, preparing and serving everything in front of guests, or is it just about offering food from Schlachtschüssel ?
