Good Morning,
This is my 1st post, but i have been following all the many interesting posts for a long time, so I feel it is time now for my feed back. I have drunk &stayed in Buttenheim many times. As the subject regards different taste between pub&keller I asked the boss Johan Mondscheidler, he showed me the barrel in the pub which was gravity fed from a very small room which was temperature controlled to 9degrees centigrade. The only difference in the Keller beer was    to serve @ 5 degrees,same beer, different temperature
