Rauchbiers?

I'm pretty sure it's a safe bet that both breweries will have their doppelbock dunkels on tap assuming stock remains. To be honest it isn't a style that is overly prevalent in Franconia, certainly not on draft. More a southern Bavarian tradition. And if you find any unfiltered versions I'd like to know.
