| Actually, I've been ramping up my caffeine consumption recently as part of tailoring (hallo!) my nutrtitional intake (I do not "diet") as it is helpful in workouts at the gym and supposedly for metabolism. For years and years, I'd been a one-giant-cup-of-strong-coffee-at-breakfast sort. Now, that plus tea later, hot Ostfriesen and/or bottled fizzy sorts. Don't much like coffee except at brekkies, and then black. We should make a group outing to Knoblach in any case though. AFAIK, I should be around over the Reinheitsgebotzeit. We may be in Kent the first couple of weeks in April, and I may be in the US at the end of the month. Otherwise... |
