| I spent a day crawling around a bit of London recently, and found that the new Resting Hare near...oh, what's it near again...Euston has a Resting Hare Lager on, which is brewed by Ankerbräu in Ochsenfurt. It's a 4%(!) ABV Hell brewed just for the UK, in a special deal, the details of which were explained to me perfectly fine, but which I've kind of forgotten. They also have their Schwarzbier on. Both lovely. Also reasonably priced --for London-- with Resting Hare being in the * Tap family of pubs. Like, Euston Tap, Sheffield Tap, York Tap, Piccadilly Tap (Manchester)... |
