Helles/landbier's in the city of Bamberg?

You know for myself, it is not just the excellent bier. It is how it is done ...the culture, the seating( how multiple parties sit at the same table, the atmosphere. Much much different than here in the USA. It is very hard to explain. People seem to be much happier here when then back home. I'm sure socio economics has much to do with it as well as culture. It is very hard to put into words
