Ach, so...I was looking at Windischeschenbach - Memmingen. But even so, I don't see your 9.13 - 12.53 connexion. Here's all I get, and that looks pretty grim (excluding ICE/IC trains): Maybe I'm looking at the airport as the destination and you're looking at Memmingen Bahnhof? Hmm...yes, that must be it. If you could make it to Nürnberg for a 9:10 departure, you could get to Memmingen Bf by 12:53. Your VGN ticket is also only valid from 9.00 though, I suppose. One option, perhaps cheaper than staying at the Ibis, would be to get 2 regular single tickets from Hirschaird - Nürnberg at 8:06 for 20.20€. This would get you to Nürnberg Hbf at 8:47, in time for a 9:10 departure with very decent connections to Memmingen at 12:53.  Anyway, yeah, pretty crappy connections when restricted to a 9:00 Hirschaid departure. |
