Tankovna Pubs in Bohemia

I don't get any change in diacetyl today compared to a decade ago, either bottled, keg, or the one or two tank places I had it in Prague a year ago. Would love, love to have a 10° or 9° version. I would rather drink most of the traditional Czech beer I had in Prague over any of the Münchner swill. Or any of the Münchner stuff that's even a bit better than swill.
