Easter mini report

Mini report (not all of my visit was beer focused) on my Franken visit during Easter w'end.
Good Friday : walked from Iphofen Bhf northwards on Steigerwaldpanoramenweg as far as Castell ; then north along a foot/cycle path from Castell to Rudenhausen, where I arrived @ about 1,40. Wolf Gasthof was open, great! but I was the only customer until 2,30 when a family of 3 came in. The Wolf - Urtyp Dunkel was to my taste, being less sweet than many Dunkel beers. The walk mostly in sunshine to & from Iphofen took me about 5 1/2 hours, and the resultant cramp during the night meant that I did not undertake part/any of the 5 Seidla Steig as planned on Easter Saturday.
Easter Sunday : visited Landbierparadies in Fuerth (Friedrich Ebertstr.) The draught beer available on this occasion was the Vollbier from Penning, Hetzelsdorf.
Easter Monday : the weather was quite poor, and there was some snow on my train journey to Coburg. I was able to try their own Veste Trunk on draught at Brauhaus zu Coburg (Naegeleingasse). This beer was too sweet for my enjoyment, and was murky. Gasthof itself was pleasant, (thankfully with plenty of customers mid-afternoon), as was the town, even in the rain & cold.
