Portuguese industrial beer is the worst Ive had in Europe, but ratebeer lists a few places in Lisbon serving Portuguese craft. With the obvious exceptions, I would imagine the capital city of any relatively developed country would have a couple of microbreweries and multitap craft beer bars. We live in glorious times!!
