Glenk, Bayreuth brewing again?

There is of course the phenomenon of the Gasthofmetzgerei, pub/hotel with a butcher's attached – many used to be like this and a few still are. I fear in the UK or US such an establishment would suffer from jokes about the overnight guests being turned into sausages, Sweeney Todd style.
