| Not surprising after last year's entrance fee introduction. I didn't enjoy last years event as much as previous ones, so felt the entrance fee and the relatively expensive beer prices was a little much, but it's a real shame that the festival has to be cancelled. It was sometimes stressful at peak times with crowds etc but was very pleasant on a sunny summer Sunday. As with anything, you have the choice to visit or not to visit. But not any more. The reasons are the same as previously cited; authorities and residents. Certainly regarding the latter, some incredibly selfish and sad individuals who don't realise they live in a community. Small minded and ignorant. |
