You don't have to walk around all day with a mask on... only when you're inside and only, if you're in a pub/restaurant/bar, when you aren't sitting at a table. Most places are shutting at 22.00 still (with some flexibility). Schlenkerla is open til 23.00.  All of them are open. The only notable example I know of that is closed is Heckel.
