Clarification on state aid for breweries

This is made even more bizarre and unjust by the fact that a bakery that has a cafe attached gets full compensation and are not treated as 'mixed enterprises'.  I spoke to Tom from Strawanza on the weekend and he said that he had recieved his November pay for the bar (80% of November 2019s takings). But there have been a lot of delays, bureaucracy and general incompentance when it comes to these payments which could cause unnecessary business closures.
