Hausbräubier

Hausbrau is picking up the beer towards the end of its main fermenation and finishing/lagering at ones own premise. It's dirt cheap and quick an enjoyable thing to do. Most breweries time collection date to be somewhere around the 4-7 days after brewing (depending on their beer/yeast/fermentation). There is a small amount of oxidation going on - depending on your filling skill, but most with be used in presence of yeast and you cap on foam too.
Filling from the green cans is a bit dodgy, but fun enough (and good for an occasional sip), not to different of how most UK casks are filled. And the Franconian beers are pretty stury and most can handle it - besides mostly being consumes rather quick.
