Where to Stay Before Flight out of Frankfurt?

I know somebody who's made a 10:30am flight from Bamberg also. My fear is always that with the short connection in Würzburg if the local train from Bamberg had a delay, you'd be in trouble. That why Würzburg sounds like a good idea -- its a straight shot on the ICE to FRA from there.
