Pork Pies!

I enjoyed a few of these at the most excellent SIBA North festival in Manchester a couple of months ago. There were several varieties on offer, with several sauces and condiments. A gem of the English cuisine! Big full English breakfast, then a couple of pies in late afternoon - evening...that's all one needs. (And gallons of real ale.)
