Hey, thanks for this, Barry! That's actually a respectable amount of bittering hops for 5 gallons. Interesting: pale malt, maize, and sugar. (Will have to look up and see what Demerara sugar is.) I count four Reinheitsgebot violations there...good job! Another thing I've learned is that Irish moss is unnecessary, at least with the Nottingham yeast and Weyermann PA malt. I assume the gelatine is for dropping bright?
