| Hmmm, the taxi takes the "long" way because this is the only street. The 7 km route is a little way / path through the woods. I can recommend the tour Mönchsambach-Zettmannsdorf-Ampferbach. The three places are very very nice with best beers. Mönchsambach you know I tink. Zettmannsdorf is a place of highest emotions. Max-Keller, Ampferbach is cult (Max-beer nowadays brewed at Mönchsambach). Herrmann´s Keller next to Max-Keller (brewery Herrmann Ampferbach is still active) also superb! What´s your intention to go to Witzgall Keller? It´s not very nice, lying next to the street, no cult, when I was there there were a few seniors, not the nicest place. I didn´t get a "Schnitt", beer is not rudimentally as good as at Mönchsambach, Zettmannsdorf and Ampferbach! When you have only one Sunday this year think about the tour to Mönchsambach/Zettmannsdorf/Ampferbach. |
