Quite true. I tend (maybe wrongly) to disregard weissbier, as I'm not too fond of the taste. Perhaps a little too sweet for my English palate? Should try a little more on next visit. Do you know why weissbier is top fermented while most of the barley-based brews are bottom fermented? Probably obvious but can't see the reason at moment. |
