| Good question. I don't know if there are any Deutsche Bahn ticket machines at NUE, nor do I know if the ones for the U-Bahn sell Bayern Tickets, but I would suspect they don't. You might not need the Bayern Ticket, depending on where you're travelling on that first day. http://www.airport-nuernberg.de/63602/Hauptinformation says you can buy BayernTickets at the info desk, wherever that is. < http://www.airport-nuernberg.de/130945/AirportNuernberg_Terminal_Erdgeschoss.pdf > shows a couple of info desks, one right outside the arrivals gate. So I guess you can. Learn something new every day. What's closed on Sundays in Nürnberg? The shops are closed everywhere in the country (with certain exceptions), but the gastro trade isn't. |
