Well, out front in the Biergarten (which is hiring seasonal staff for this summer, according to an advert in this weekend's Fränkischer Tag, BTW!), AFAIK it's all CO2 keg, *not* bayerischer Anstich. So...why does Stephan say "we're dispensing everything under gravity pour here", when they clearly don't?
