Also isn't it fair to say that CO2 is CO2 whether it is naturally produced or not? I mean it's no more harmful coming from a gas tank than it is coming naturally from the yeast is it? I understand and agree that adding too much of it ruins the flavor of the beer (metallic taste and so on).
