Coolships

Maybe the confusion comes from using of coolships in Brussel surroudings, where coolships are actually used to cool down wort to even lower temperatures (below 42°C), and where inoculation with wild bacteria/yeast from the air/surrouding is happening. Of course then it is trasferred to proper fermenter.
