Rittmayer in Aisch provides this service as well. Every 3rd Wednesday iirc. They are providing fermented beer or nearly fermented beer. You provide a keg that they will then wash and fill for you. They even sell the kegs and faucets etc. Pretty clever. Learning when to tap and control degassing has to have a significant learning curve.
