There is talk of not requiring a test from people who had a US vaccination. And Europe seems to have less of the idiots who won't get vaccinated for politcal reasons so by October the chance getting exposed to Delta sould be less and therefor the chance of failing a COVID test would be less.

Part it my brother has an event at the beginning of September that he really shouldn't miss. I know the chance of a person mRNA vaccinated getting Delta is small, but hopefully smaller in October...
