We went to Binkert last year. I think its open from 17-2100(in summer at least), dont know whether this is every day. Theres a small seating area plus some outdoor seats. They are very pleasant, my friend, who is a brewer in the UK had a look at the brewery with the Braumeister. Not sure about Hummer, didnt have time to check that out.
