I was in Binkert last autumn, opening hours are equal to what they have on webpage I think.

I wasn't impressed by any beer there, I have Keller (there are much better around), Weizen and Amber ale, both average in my opinion. Especially ale was even poor - but in my opinion, there is not any brewery in Oberfranken that makes good ales except of Andy.

Mai - September:
Mittwoch bis Samstag:
09 - 12 Uhr
15 - 20 Uhr
Sonntag:
15 - 20 Uhr bei schönem Wetter

Oktober - April:
Dienstag - Samstag:
09 - 12 Uhr
15 - 20 Uhr
