Vollbier is Simply a Tax Category Classification

Something like this still works in Czech, Tax is payed also by each Plato degree, but it is still mandatory to mention the category on the bottle label. Unfortunately, this is confusing for the customer at the end, as it is not compatibel with "modern" styles. 

For example everything between 11,00 - 12,99 must be called "ležák" (=Lager) even if it is top fermented. Then the label says something like American Pale Ale, but because of the byrocratic issues, the label also contain "pale lager"
