That was just an example, there are other worse tax categories. For example everything over 18 Plato should be called "Porter", even if you actually brew e.g. Doppelweizenbock, or Barley wine. Simply you have to call it Porter :-) 

Because there used to be only one brewery in CZ which brewed strong beer. Thas was a brewery in Pardubice with 18 degree "Porter" -  bottom fermented one. That's how laws are created.
