Bock season

Well, there's vom Fass, and then there's vom Fass. But just as there's a good difference between bottled & Fassbier for "normal" beer, there can be differences for Bockbier that are worth experiencing IMO & IME. I don't bother with overstrong beer much myself any more, especially Bock.

I've forgotten: did you make it during Bockbierzeit last winter, and what did you make of the ones you found?
