OT: Kölsch & Altbier: Lager?

The brewery Mahrs has brewed (in the year 2012) a "Mahrs Bräu Lagerbier Naturtrüb und Obergärig". Maybe they have brewed it top fermented because the Reinheitsgebot.say You have to brew top fermented if You use other malts as barley. They have used spelt, barley and wheat malt.
