Knoblach in Schammelsdorf

Mmm.. interesting.  Maybe it's the difference between Spalt Tradition and Spalt Select that makes me to prefer Knoblach to Greiss.  Must do a comparative tasting this year.  What about Krug - it would be interesting to have a list of the hops that the different breweries use for tasting/smelling (homage to Jeff!) purposes?  Is this information readily available?
