Spargelzeit?

Hey Nick & others, as you have been visiting a couple of Gasthauses in past days, do you know if there is already Spargel (Asparagus) offered at this time? 
Here in CZ the season is slowly starting this week, during past weekend I saw some Spargel in Baden-Württemberg, I hope that there will be some to try also during this weekend in Bamberg area.
