Wait until that CityTunnel is done. And until it's *warmer*! Eh, don't wait for the CityTunnel--looks like that's 3 years away. It's a comfortable 2.5 hour ICE ride from Bamberg. It's worth it for Biertouristen, I'd say. Europe's biggest Kopfbahnhof too. (Trains can only go in & out one way.)
