I shall be conducting yet another round of in-depth research in a couple of weekends, yes. First beer-tasting order of business today is the old-fashioned sour Weisse brewed in Jena's suburb of Woellnitz, as well as the more modern brewpub beers at Jena's Papiermuehle brewery-pub-hotel.
