Ost Bayern visit report

North-East Bavaria is usually referred to as Oberpfalz. Last week I was also in Eastern Bavaria, (South-East that is) - near Traunstein, on my way to Salzburg (Austria). We stopped at the Camba Bavaria microbrewery (which doubles actually as a demo project for brewery equipment supplier BrauKon). We had some very interesting beers there! Very interesting to see that bourbon barrel aging is now also taking place in Germany - as well as dry hopping.
