Real ale tradition

I had the great pleasure of visiting Fullers Chiswick Brewery in the 1970s with the local team of Morris Dancers (Hamersmith Morris). I was only a guest, as I wasn't a participant in their activities! But it was a wonderful day, especially when they left us alone with a roomful of casks of their different beers. I had a similar experience in the great Lake District brewery of Jennings. Sadly, all these things have now gone very commercial and you have to pay for brewery tours.
