Not very likely if it suits the overall profile better. Only Britons (CAMRA?) seem to have problems with beers that have a high natural carbonation. Bottom fermented beers do have a higher natural carbonation than top fermented ale, even without added CO2. The Reinheitsgebot also is very strict about adding CO2 however...
