How Many Breweries? Italy

Well, if you consider that lots of these breweries produce (that's my opinion) terrible beers or extremely exotic beers (that's even worse, always in my opinion!), you'll see that this number is no longer impressive. To open a new brewery, expecially using European funds, is no longer a big deal...The big deal is to produce quality beers. That's so impressive about Franconia: lots of breweries concentrated in a small region and most of them produce high quality beers.
