It would be great to have Leberkäs-Semmel anywhere. Buffalo's best-known food contributions are chicken wings that have been fried and generously drenched in a hot, spicy (scharfwürzig) sauce, and "beef on weck," basically a roast-beef sandwich served in a "kummelweck" bun, a sandwich bun seasoned with caraway seeds. The original term, "Kümmelweck," is Swabian in origin, not Franconian.
