Loffeld's Staffelberg is pretty nice, with a solid range on. Some may perceive it as a bit upmarket. Uetzing is just a little shop selling sausages and ham - a village Metzgerei - with a tiny brewery doing rustic unfiltered beers, and a table just outside the shop where one can sit and drink them. Some will appreciate this, I think, but it's best on a nice day. Trunk, the brewer at Vierzehnheiligen, makes middling beers, but the beer garden is all right after wandering up the hill and having a look around the church.
