Although yesterday, with 90+F/34+C, even normally warm-dressing Europeans were in t-shirts, shorts, and sandals (with or without socks) like me. Not all, but some. Also saw some people in sweaters and scarves, of course...hate to get a stiff neck or catch lung cancer or whatever might happen from exposure to chilly drafts!
